Thoughts are habitual and it is difficult to be aware of every thought that arises in the mind at first. To improve, you must first know exactly what you are thinking.
3. Discover the "cause" of your emotions.
If you notice your thoughts, what caused your feelings?
4. Change your view of the situation.
Understanding the source of the problem can change your thinking. Your thoughts and beliefs shape your emotions. So think about your ideas. Are they based on facts? This makes sense? Is your belief true?
5. Change your expectations.
Look at your expectations. If they are not realistic, you will definitely be disappointed and stressed.
6. Avoid negative thoughts.
Emotionally confused people are more likely to slip into negative thought patterns. They usually recreate the situation and relive their emotions. Get rid of negative thoughts.
